Ikonix Technology achieves full re-accreditation to ISO 9001
Our Quality Management System is integral to how Ikonix Technology does business.
To maintain our ISO 9001 certification, we undergo regular accreditation auditing. This year, following a complete re-audit, we have maintained our status.
What is ISO 9001?
The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) sets out the standard for Quality Management Systems:
“Implementing ISO 9001 means your organization has put in place effective processes and trained staff to deliver flawless products or services time after time”
Accredited businesses are measured against the standard by third party auditors, to identify they have the mechanisms in place to manage, maintain and improve their systems and processes, to ensure quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Who certifies Ikonix Technology?
Sci Qual International are a Brisbane-based, but nationally operating accreditation authority, with more than 25 years’ experience auditing organisations to a variety of Standards.
Other organisations they’ve audited include major constructors, managed IT services, and government departments. This is why Ikonix Technology felt comfortable in their experience and expertise, to ensure we are meeting the Standard.
