Meet the Ikonix Technology team.

Peter Werner
Director

Peter has an accomplished career featuring more than 30 years engineering & project management, successfully delivering systems across defence, telecommunications, security, health, and oil and gas.

A past winner of an Australian Design Award for the NSW SafeTCam system, Peter brings this expertise to designing and supporting the systems Ikonix Technology deploys for our clients.

Peter also collects and restores of antique jukeboxes, arcade, and amusement machines in what little personal time he finds away from Ikonix Technology.

Reza Forozandeh
Director

Joining as a graduate software engineer with a Defence multinational and rising to lead more than 140 professionals, Reza brings almost two decades of experience in technical and leadership positions.

Reza has a passion for customer-facing operational roles and collaborating effectively with clients and technical teams, which is why he takes on oversight for the successful delivery of our complex deployments.

Away from Ikonix Technology he enjoys quality time with his children and competes locally as an avid soccer player.

Carlo Reveruzzi
Director

Starting his career in the defence industry, Carlo gained experience in software engineering, project delivery, management, and business development, with a primary focus on radar system technologies for the Australian Navy and Air Force.

Carlo's primary focus at Ikonix Technology is to help our customers communicate effectively to make their workplaces more connected and efficient. As one of Ikonix Technology’s Directors, Carlo is responsible for strategy and operations, including business development.

Passionate about travel and having explored many parts of the world, at home he is a hobbyist wine collector.

David Fairlie-Jones
Senior Program Manager

Joining the team in 2021, David brings almost 20 years’ experience in the technical and commercial sides of software engineering and project delivery for both Defence and commercial markets.

He leads the development of our strategic growth programs in health and enterprise communications, including Ikonix Connect.

Helping David ensure the calm demeanour he brings to the team is his love of practicing yoga. He also recently completed the Melbourne Marathon.

Cheryl Ladikos
Customer Success Manager

With a rich background spanning health technologies, administration, and nursing, Cheryl serves as the dedicated voice of the customer within Ikonix Technology.

Bringing over two decades of experience in various roles across the broader health sector, Cheryl has played a pivotal role in implementing communication solutions in complex healthcare and enterprise environments.

Beyond her contributions to Ikonix Technology, Cheryl is a devoted mother of three. She also recently took centre stage as a featured personality in a national campaign for a prominent household pharmacy brand.

Surya Abhay
Operations Manager, Indcontrol

Surya leads to day to day operations of the busy electronics lab for our Indcontrol Electronics brand, helping customers repair and refurbish vital assets.

With the opening of the new space and a growing team, Surya joined us in Adelaide, after several years working from our past Sydney location.

Outside work, he is a keen outdoorsman, hiking, camping and enjoying nature, and looks forward to exploring South Australia.

Steve Hristofski
Business Development Manager

As Ikonix Technology’s BDM, Steve brings more than 30 years expertise in paging and critical messaging to the team.

His roles have covered the full customer journey, sales and business development, account management, and support and operations. His is our resident expert in customer service.

Another outdoorsy team member, Steve can be found camping and 4WD trekking with his wife and two teenage boys.

Michael Cruces
Head of Marketing & Communications

Michael brings a decade in marketing roles across a variety of industries, from multinationals entering the Australian market to bleeding edge tech startups.

He joined the team to promote this successful but previously soft-spoken brand, and is responsible for this website and most of the content herein.

He is a passionate and therefore long-suffering Essendon Football Club member, despite moving from Brisbane to Adelaide.
